... comes the sunshine.

After so many numerous (about five, I think) attempts at ~DesShade's character this was the best one I could draw/color.

This is 's avatar character because she was so thoughtful and made my Christmas even better by giving me the most comfortable blanket imaginable. Plus, it's Death Note. Honestly! I love this blanket! A couple nights ago I couldn't sleep, wondered what was up, and thought, "Of course! I don't have a blanket to cling onto!" So I snatched my DN blanket and fell asleep just a few minutes later!

I made the woman a little too girly looking, especially since she's a warrior sort of person, but I'm happy about it because of the numerous colors I used. And the hair! Gasp! I've never been so proud of how I color hair, and this one turned out perfect to me.

I chose a light dress because of the rain. Who wants to wear something so heavy when it's raining on a warm summer's evening? Plus, it's blue.

DesShade, thanks so much for being such a sweet friend to me. You're more than I deserve in a friend, and I hope we continue staying good friends forever! We need to go shopping and eat at Rumbi's again! ^_^
